Did you all miss me? I didn’t think anyone would care if I blogged or not, but I had several people ask for my recipes while my website was down, and a few people say they missed reading my little stories, so I’m going to do it again. But this time, things are going to be a little different.
So much has changed in the last 11 month, and though I could bore you with details about WHY my blog was off line for 6 months, and then why I didn’t blog even when it was back up and running, I’ll sum it up to technical problems (hacking), and then personal problems (super cute adorable cuddly baby that is also SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO needy).
But I’m back now, and I’m going to start blogging again, and there will be recipes. And there will be cute little stories about my little family. But somehow on top of being a blogger, a mommy, a homeschooling parent to a 1st grader, a wife, a Sunday School teacher (only once a month), I’m also going to join the great working force of America because I just don’t have enough on my plate.
Say hello to Natalie Breedlove CFO!!
Ok ok, so I’m CFO for my husbands company, and I granted myself that title because I’m now incharge of the companies banking, bills, payroll, taxes, and employee files. So I’m the office manager really.
BUT, I am a manager, so that makes me the boss. Of myself. I’m in charge of myself and the two office cats Capitan and Willow.
That’s not the only thing changing. I’m going to revisit how I do things on the blog. I’m not sure if you noticed, but I tried to keep everything beautiful and clean, and let the world know how good my life is and things are always good, there are no problems don’t you want to be me?
Things are messy, and crazy, and Matthew and I are swimming in deep water most days. So I’m going to be making little changes here and there to the site to reflect my new found freedom from perfection. One noticeable change is that since I’m working, recipes will come when they come, I can’t keep a recipe schedule.
So this blog is more of a journal now, about running a company, being a mom, and the food that comforts me through it all.
For now just call me boss lady!!!!!! It feels good to be back.
P.S. I know these pictures have NOTHING to do with my new job, but they’re kind of important people in my life.
